This 6 week course prepares both you and your dog to take the American Kennel Clubs Canine Good Citizen test. The course will meet once a week on the same day/time slot as you selected upon your sign up. Each week we will learn and practice several of the CGC test items. Your first class will be an orientation class where I will be learning each dogs level of training and behavior, if I don’t already know the dog and a small review of some essential basic commands needed for this course, CGC test info, & followed by the first test item.
Vaccinations are required to be shown at the start of the course.
Your dog does NOT need to be an AKC dog to participate or earn this award.
NO Aggressive behavior is accepted in this course and dogs will be excused if aggression is observed. This is by AKC standards.
